How QUALI CORE NDT collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
QUALI CORE NDT ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or submit an inquiry through our contact form. It is written in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable to visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

(a) Contact form: When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — full name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), service of interest, and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or deliver the services you request.
(b) Website usage data: For technical reasons, when you visit this website, some data may be temporarily processed by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to serve the page and ensure security and stability. We do not currently use analytics or marketing tools that build a profile of your visit.
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the contact form; and (b) where relevant, the steps necessary to prepare or perform a contract with you (e.g. once you request a specific service). Where GDPR applies to you as a visitor from the EU/EEA, these correspond to Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) GDPR.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, to the extent necessary:
(a) Formspree, Inc. — our contact form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service. Submitted form data is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers in order to deliver your message to us. See Formspree's privacy policy for details.
(b) Google Fonts — this website loads typefaces from Google's font servers; your IP address may be transmitted to Google as part of loading these fonts.
(c) Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose data, e.g. in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.
Formspree, Inc. is based in the United States. When you submit our contact form, your data is therefore transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA to a country that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection. We rely on the exception that this transfer is necessary to perform the specific service you requested (responding to your inquiry) and occurs with your consent at the point of submission. We recommend reviewing Formspree's own data protection safeguards via the link above. Should we change our contact form provider to one offering stronger data-residency guarantees, this policy will be updated accordingly.
We retain inquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and, where applicable, fulfil your request, or as required by applicable legal, contractual, or accounting obligations. After this period, data is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data submitted to us from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Should this change, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookies are set.
Under the Swiss FADP (and, where applicable to you, the GDPR), you have the right to:
(a) request access to the personal data we hold about you;
(b) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
(c) request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations;
(d) object to the processing of your data;
(e) request restriction of processing in certain circumstances; and
(f) withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at onuryeter@hotmail.com. We may request information to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at onuryeter@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are located in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or legal requirements. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
